Samsung Smell-O-Phone

Based on Smell-o-vision, a technology mainly set aside for cartoons and gags, Samsung has done the unthinkable and is actually developing a smell-o-phone. The phone is supposed to release a "smell tone" for an incoming call. According to their documentation, the type and amount of perfume can be controlled.




Now, you can smell a rat from a mile away. But I wonder what would happen if you have a cold. So don't be surprised if you get to hear conversations like:

A: Why didn't you answer my call?
B: I am sorry; I had a cold and couldn't smell it.
